At K10 Scale Model, we maintain a dedicated team of designers and artists who create and develop original 3D models from the ground up. These designs are the intellectual property of K10 Scale Model and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Copyright law grants creators and rights holders exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and create derivative works based on their original creations. These protections extend to digital 3D model files, as they constitute tangible creative works capable of being reproduced through 3D printing technologies.

In addition to our in-house designs, K10 Scale Model may utilize third-party designs that have been legally acquired under valid royalty-free or commercial-use licenses. All such designs are used in accordance with the licensing terms provided by their respective creators.

Product Quality Disclaimer

⚠️ Please read the following information before placing an order:

• All products offered by K10 Scale Model are custom-made 3D printed scale models and handcrafted collectibles.

• Due to the nature of 3D printing technology, these models should not be directly compared to die-cast metal models or mass-produced injection-molded products in terms of finish, texture, weight, or manufacturing characteristics.

• Minor surface imperfections, layer lines, sanding marks, or slight variations in finish may be present and are considered normal characteristics of the 3D printing and hand-finishing process.

• Headlights, taillights, badges, decals, and certain fine details may be represented using high-quality stickers, decals, or printed graphics rather than molded or functional components.

• As each model is individually produced and finished by hand, slight variations may occur between the final product and product photographs or digital renderings.

• Every effort is made to ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail; however, handcrafted and custom-made products inherently carry unique characteristics that make each piece one of a kind.
