BharatBenz approached us with a request for a detailed, high-quality miniature of their bus model, intended for distribution to dealerships and as a corporate asset. Accuracy and consistency across the entire batch were paramount, requiring us to meet their rigorous brand standards.

Our team produced a single, highly detailed sample miniature that captured the intricate livery, internal details, and specific geometry of the full-sized bus. PROPEL CRUSHERS
Delivering Scale and Specificity: The Propel Industries Crusher Project. Our partnership with Propel Industries, a leader in crushing and screening solutions, highlights our ability to handle complex orders involving multiple high-detail models and large volume production.
The Challenge
Propel Industries required 100 precision miniature models of their crushing equipment for trade shows and corporate distribution. Crucially, the order consisted of two distinct types of crushers, demanding perfect mechanical accuracy and consistent branding across both model lines.
The Solution: Mastering Variety and Volume

Dual Sample Development: Our process began by focusing on the unique engineering of each machine. We developed and printed two separate master samples—one for each crusher type. This meticulous approach ensured that the operational parts, hydraulic lines, and structural elements of both the Jaw Crusher and Cone Crusher were scaled accurately and looked authentic.

Rigorous Client Vetting: The Propel team reviewed both samples, focusing on color matching, material finish, and the fidelity of the intricate mechanical parts. Once both designs received full, enthusiastic approval, we moved seamlessly into scaled manufacturing.

High-Volume, High-Detail Production: Our facility executed a batch of 100 miniatures, split between the two models. By employing advanced 3D printing technology, we maintained zero tolerance for variance between the models. Each of the 100 units was painted, assembled, and finished to the exact standard of the approved samples.

AUTONXT AUTOMATION
Our collaboration with Autonxt Automation, a leader in electric and autonomous farming technology, was a showcase for our ability to deliver highly specialized, multi-part models in a high-volume order.
The Challenge
Autonxt required 50 miniature models of their advanced electric tractor. The critical detail was that the order needed to feature two distinct configurations: 40 standard tractor units and 10 highly detailed models featuring complex, detachable attachments (grabber, catcher, and trolley) to demonstrate the tractor's versatility.
The Solution: Ensuring Interoperable Precision

Complex Sample Engineering: We initiated the project by creating two master samples. The base tractor model required perfect replication of its electric powertrain design. Simultaneously, the four attachments (grabber, catcher, loader and trolley) were engineered not just for accuracy, but also to be perfect replicas of tractor, ensuring a true-to-life representation of the equipment's functionality.

Client Review and Component Consistency: Autonxt rigorously assessed the samples, particularly the fit and finish of the parts. Once the detailed assembly and aesthetic quality of both the standard and configured models were approved, we initiated a single, cohesive production run for all 50 units, prioritizing component consistency across the entire batch.

Specialized Assembly and Delivery: The final step involved the precise assembly and finishing of all 50 tractors. The 10 specialized units were carefully paired with their respective attachments. The entire order was delivered to Autonxt Automation, providing them with a powerful and interactive set of corporate models that effectively communicate the full range and innovation of their product line.
The Result: The successful delivery of 50 tractors—including 10 complex, multi-attachment configurations—affirmed our capability to handle B2B orders that demand high volume, engineering complexity, and modular design fidelity.

TATA MOTORS
Our collaboration with Tata Motors demonstrates our expertise in handling diverse, multi-model projects where precision and exclusivity are paramount. This project focused on creating high-quality, memorable gifts for their internal stakeholders.

The Challenge
Tata Motors required 25 bespoke miniature models (5 pieces of each) representing five distinct car models from their lineup. The miniatures were destined for internal executives and key partners, meaning the quality had to be impeccable, serving as a tangible symbol of the brand's excellence across its entire product range.
The Solution: Mastering the Product Portfolio

Five-Model Sample Development: We treated each of the five car models (e.g., Hatchback A, Sedan B, SUV C, etc.) as a separate, critical project. Our engineering team meticulously studied the CAD data for all five vehicles, producing five unique master samples that captured the distinct design language, trim details, and proportions of each model with exacting precision.

Harmonizing Quality at Scale: After receiving comprehensive approval on all five samples, we moved into production. The challenge was ensuring that the limited run of 5 pieces for each car was produced to the same high standard, and that the entire set felt cohesive as a premium collection. We used advanced finishing and paint techniques to achieve perfect color matching and flawless surfaces across all 25 units.
