Refund & Cancellation Policy
At K10 Scale Model, every model is a custom-made product created specifically for each customer. We provide specialized 3D printing and handcrafted scale model services, where every order is produced on a made-to-order basis and tailored to the customer's requirements.
Custom Manufacturing Process
Each model undergoes an extensive production process that includes:

Custom 3D printing of individual components

Manual sanding and surface preparation

Putty application and finishing work

Hand painting and detailing

Precision assembly and quality inspection

Final finishing and packaging
Because of the significant time, craftsmanship, and labor involved, production begins shortly after an order is confirmed. Materials, machine time, and skilled manual work are allocated specifically for each project.
Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a cancellation and full refund within 48 hours of placing the order.
After the 48-hour period has elapsed, the order is considered to have entered the production queue and becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable, as resources and production planning are committed specifically to that project.
Production & Delivery Timeline
Our goal is to create a high-quality scale model that serves as a lasting memory and collectible for our customers. To achieve the level of detail and craftsmanship we are known for, production timelines are as follows:

Standard orders: Approximately 3 to 4 months

Complex, highly detailed, or large-scale projects: Approximately 6 to 8 months
